biography

Ismail currently is a postdoctoral research associate at the department of computer science at UMSL since 2018. He has specialized in designing and implementation of machine learning-based resource management systems in IoT and edge computing. Prior joining UMSL, Ismail obtained his Ph.D from KAUST where  he focused on resource management using machine learning in 5G and cognitive radio.
