For C-C++ and Java programmers, the head.sc file provides the following functions:
cplus_class_header(), java_class_header(), method_header(), function_header() and include_header().
Of course, these functions can be modified as you want. For instance, the first of them, functionheader() prompts a dialog box to enter a C function name (fname) and inserts at the current position the following header:
