Application Development

This position is responsible for performing analysis, design, development, and testing of software. This includes development of software analysis skills necessary for the definition of deliverables, estimation of costs, and creation of timelines.

The candidate needs to possess adequate technical expertise necessary to learn to develop software to meet business and technical requirements. Requires use of programming languages for new development and/or support of IT applications.

Must have appropriate communication skills necessary to successfully interact with software users and other teams. This person will learn how to act as a liaison between the technical and business communities documenting the requirements necessary for software development.

Global ERP Development

This position is responsible for performing analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP. The candidate will develop analytical and problems solving skills and business process knowledge in accounting, order to cash, manufacturing, data management, and other business areas.

The candidate needs to possess adequate technical expertise necessary to learn SAP. Position may require learning ABAP SAP programming language for new development and/or support of a business area.

Must have appropriate communication skills necessary to successfully interact with SAP clients at all levels in the organization. Need the ability to work as a member of a team and have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Infrastructure Services

This position is responsible for providing reliable and available enterprise infrastructure services. Various roles fall under infrastructure, including server support, network support, database support, monitoring, workstation support, web support, e-mail support, and client training.

The scope of these roles includes ensuring that client's needs are met in terms of supported IT software and hardware. It also includes learning how to ensure that service levels for network, hardware, and/or operating systems are met, and that day-to-day operational impacts are minimized. This position will assist other team members in their day-to-day tasks as they work to provide Monsanto 24x7 system availability.

This person must be motivated to work in an IT support environment with client satisfaction being a primary driver. Need ability to work with clients at all levels within the organization. Need ability to interact well with a team highly dependent upon each other. High interpersonal and communication skills are required.
