Title: Insights in Problem Solving
Abstract: When we solve some challenging problems, the insights of the problems play a very important role.
But what is the insight, and how to find the insight for a problem? In this talk, we will answer these questions.
Through a set of examples, we will show several key ingredients that help us to organize our mathematical thinking
for finding the solutions. This talk is suitable for both math and computer science students. Some of the examples
require some computer science background knowledge, such as binary representation of numbers.
